Terms of service

What the service does

You give us a link to your product. We read its public pages, write posts in your voice, and — once you connect your X account — schedule and publish them. Every post waits in your queue for approval unless you turn approval off yourself, in which case posts go out automatically and that's your call.

Your account

• You must be 18 or older and able to enter a contract.
• You're responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping access to your email secure — sign-in links go there.
• One subscription covers one product and one connected X account unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Trial and billing

• The trial runs 7 days and requires a card up front. We charge nothing during the trial.
• At the end of the trial the plan you picked starts billing monthly, in advance, through Stripe.
• Cancel any time before the trial ends and you're not charged. Cancel later and posting continues until the end of the paid period.
• Prices can change with 30 days' notice by email. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where the law says otherwise, and we'll refund a genuine service failure without arguing about it.
• A failed payment pauses posting until the card is fixed.

What you're responsible for

• The link you give us must be a site you own or are authorised to represent.
• Everything published from your account is yours. Drafts are generated by a language model and can be wrong. Read them before approving. If you enable autopilot you accept posts going out unreviewed.
• Following X's terms and developer policy, and any advertising or disclosure rules that apply to you.
• Not using the service for spam, harassment, deception, or anything unlawful.

What we're responsible for

• Running the service with reasonable care. We don't promise uninterrupted availability.
• Not publishing anything you haven't approved, unless you switched approval off.
• Telling you before a change that materially reduces what you get.

We depend on third parties — Cloudflare, Anthropic, X and Stripe. If X changes its API, pricing or policy in a way that limits publishing, we'll adapt where we can, but we can't guarantee a feature survives someone else's decision.

Content and ownership

You keep everything you own: your site, your brand, your posts. You give us permission to read your public pages and your recent public posts, and to publish approved drafts to your connected account, for as long as you use the service. We keep our own software.

Suspension and termination

You can stop any time by cancelling and disconnecting X. We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, abuses the service, or puts our access to a third-party platform at risk — with notice where it's practical, immediately where it isn't.

Liability

The service is provided as-is, without warranties beyond those that can't be excluded by law. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before it arose, and we're not liable for lost profits, lost reputation, or indirect losses. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or anything else that can't be limited.

Changes and contact

We'll post updated terms here and email you before a material change takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new version. Reach a human at hello@postautomation.ai.
